According to five Congress members of the House of representative, Speaker of the House of Reps, Nancy Pelosi has "announced" Martial Law. But secretly, and it is well known some House members refused to attend that session which
required SILENT LIPS for all Reps there. One, Burgess of Texas, spoke out publically.
