Obama breaks War Powers Act

Now that it's been 60 days since the US entered Libya, the War Powers Act mandates that President Obama officially declares war. For a president that campaigned on upholding the Constitution, why does no one seem to care that the President isn't only breaking his own promise, but breaking the law? Ivan Eland of the Independent Institute says Obama isn't the first president to break the law, but as the States continues to invest in unlawful wars, the age of the American Empire might come to a close as the financial well runs drier by the day.

My Comments:

@Ozarkprepper I am thankful for people like you who WILL defend our republic and constitution against ALL ENEMIES Foreign and Domestic!! God Bless You and every one in this country who believes and is WORKING and DOING something about it! I have to admit though when I did the search - I really thought you MUST be wrong - Nope. But get this - it's the Democrats who are holding out for the Constitution!! Hey, we need all the help we can get, and from any quarter.

Pray for our country.

ps. Search Google for "Congress Vote On Declaration Of World War 3". Top result for me:

A Tuesday letter from House Judiciary Committee Chairman John Conyers Jr. (D-Mich.) and 32 other Democrats argues that affirming continued war against terrorist forces goes too far, giving too much authority to the president without debate in Congress.
