'Gay' Prop 8 judge may be 'direct beneficiary' of ruling

Several prominent legal analysts have suggested that the ruling from Vaughn Walker, who formerly was a federal judge, that vanquished the vote of Californians on Proposition 8 defining marriage as between one man and one woman should be vacated immediately because the judge likely is a "direct beneficiary" of his own ruling.  It was common knowledge and regularly reported during the trial that Walker is homosexual. But in an interview with Reuters only days ago, he revealed additional details about his personal life.
