A rare interview with a beautiful young 18 year old recently escaped from the Abusive CPS - Foster system.She says Foster Care "it sucked". it exposed her to drugs, got her "stuff" stolen, and took away "choice". Kathleen, her mother says it was to profit the people who run the FOSTER - CPS system through NON-Profits, that get FREE FEDERAL funding to encourage them to ... well in the end, ABUSE Parents and children. But Jenny did not mind being punished by being sent 1000 miles to her "dad". So "she went with it", rather than be with the changing "foster" families .
